What We Offer
High Quality 1-on-1 Sessions
You will see one Physical Therapist 1-on-1 for your full session. You will not be double booked with any other clients or work with a student or aide at any point. This model allows for you to recover faster with less visits overall. Your treatments are determined between yourself and the PT, not your insurance.
Manual Interventions
Your sessions may include hands on care consisting of joint mobilizations, massage, manual feedback, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (commonly referred to as “Graston”), and/or dry needling.
Movement and Exercises
It is likely that your evaluation will consist of a movement screen to best diagnose your dysfunction. We will then use corrective exercises and a form of a home exercise program to maintain carryover and increase your liklihood of success.
Push Prep
We offer childbirth prep that includes stretching and strengthening as well as education on how to best prepare your pelvic floor for labor and delivery.
Postpartum Check Up
Wondering how everything is going postpartum? Have questions about scar management, prolapse, or diastasis recti? Wondering how to get back to your previous activity? An evaluation for a postpartum check up can help answer some questions you have and give you some direction on where to go.
